Interview
Very basic interview process. One phone screen which lasted 15 mins. One in-person round-table with 4-5 team members. Questions varied from very basic troubleshooting techniques to basic use of tooling to help troubleshoot. Knowledge of ITIL and Agile, which I wasn't sure was too applicable given the role.
