I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Roseville, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Very relaxed, informal. I had to bug the team leader for an interview several times. I didn't have to prepare but it's still good to know a little about the company and what they stand for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-How would I feel about working holidays, weekends, and early mornings.
-How much knowledge do I have?
-What skills did I have
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

Question 1
What days are you available to work? Any vacations coming up?
VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
