first was a group interview where you present yourself and get divided into groups and have to do little skits based on their core values. then they call you back for a one on one interview where they ask more questions. they look for people who are generally in a good mood and can give good customer service and are energetic, will offer you the job at the second interview

Very easy process. One of the better experiences I’ve had. A few standard interview questions were ask, but the rest was conversational for most part. Wasn’t stressful or anything like that.

This interview was a very streamlined, efficient process. It was a typical behavioral style interview asking about reactions from various scenarios. The interviewer was very professional and respectful of my time and it didn't take more than 20 minutes.
