It was easy and the interviewee was nice. The application process was very easy as well. I just walked in and asked for an application. Filled it out. And got a call the next day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Why are you interested in working as a cashier? 2. What experience do you have in handling cash transactions and providing customer service? 3. How do you handle difficult or irate customers? 4. Describe a situation where you had to resolve a problem or conflict with a customer. How did you handle it? 5. What steps do you take to ensure accuracy when handling cash transactions?
Easy to answer questions but it was a lot of thinking to get to the words and characters. Thirty words is not as easy as one may think. It is a lot of typing hoping you can think of that many.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market
Interview
Nothing crazy. Nice staff, did a tour, pretty flexible on availability. Ended up accepting the job and had some great coworkers. Pay wasn’t ultra great. Whole Foods definitely has some super great managers though, a lot of them became my friend.
The interview process was over the phone with one of the team leader's they asked me about previous experience. Overall, a very chill process. They also gave me an overview of the position during the phone interview.
