Applied online and was called in for an interview about three weeks later. There was a phone screen when I was called for the interview consisting of a few questions. Then I went in for the interview where the hiring manager went over a list of questions that she had about my work experience, what I would do in a certain situation, and some personal questions which were rather difficult. She told me that I would meet with the team leader for another interview for the final decision. I went to that and it was laidback, just asking me a few questions about my goals and past work experience. I was offered the job on the spot and told that I would receive an email and after the back round check they would schedule orientation.
