Structured and pretty lengthy process. HR Screening , Hiring manager call, additional call with role reporting manager, call with VP, due diligence, and concluded with Panel ( maybe 5-6 TMs with various role levels) that included analysis results shareout and behavioral. Key: knowing your WHYs and authenticity

Why Whole Foods? Why the role? Favorite WFM product? After HR Screening, these were the most repetitive questions. Other than that they ranged from technical to behavioral and mostly tied back to the actual role itself.
Basic questions related to prior experience. The standard walk me through your resume. Give examples of a difficult situation and how you approached it. Explain how you managed data. Discuss excel or sql experience.

Straight-foward, questions were what you would expect. They mostly seemed focused on if my experience qualified me for the job. Overall an easy process but wanted several interviews. Didn't get the job so the number of calls and time I had to take for the process was frustrating.
