Initially scheduled for 2 video interviews + Panel on site interview, turned into 5 video interviews + panel on site interview just to be turned down w/vague feedback. The cards are stacked against you if you're interviewing against an internal candidate. Process took about a month. Not compensated for mileage if you travel from out of town for panel interview.
