First was a basic phone screening interview with basic easy questions. Then they called me in for an interview with the Department, and asked experience with customers, like remember a time where a customer left unsatisfied and what you did to fix it. Remember a time where you had great customer service. Asked what I knew about Whole Foods and what they do. Then had an interview with the store Team Leader, and i have had 2 interviews with Store team leaders and their interview process is unique and different. I assume every store manager asks questions that they think is important.
