I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market
Interview
There was a phone screening that lasted about 5 minutes. Questions asked were pretty basic, such as "Tell me about a time you experienced a difficult customer and how you handled it." I was brought in for a face-to-face interview with the two managers of the bakery. They asked pretty similar questions and were super friendly. Then they asked if I would be interested in a third interview with one of the store managers. He seemed a little more intimidating but the interview went smoothly. When they ask if you have any questions ask them what they like about working at Whole Foods! I asked each of my interviewers and they gave really passionate answers that made me eager to get the job. Not only will they know you care about working for the company, but it's probably not often they get to answer a question that makes their face light up like that.
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

Question 1
What days are you available to work? Any vacations coming up?
VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
