I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Ann Arbor, MI) in Jul 2025
Interview
Assistant manager interviewed me. He was very friendly and kind. I would love to work with him. He asked me what my favorite food was in the store.
He asked me what I would do if I had a customer complaint and how I would handle conflict with a fellow employee. He discussed the hours and rate of pay.

I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
The interview process was simple enough. I really disliked the AI portion of applying, but once I got in and spoke with a real person it was good. The interviewer didn't have a lot of questions to ask me - it was more like explaining the job to me and asking if I understood everything. That being said they were very pleasant and respectful of my time.

Interview
The interview process is a matter of persistence. Keep calling to show interest and move the onboarding process along. Next step is training then being added to the schedule. Understand that Whole Foods is a business with more responsibility than an individual. Make sure you’re seen.
