Applied online and received a call the following day. The call seemed to be a preliminary interview of some sort, just a few questions about myself. Met the team leader of the department a few days later for a one on one interview. The interview was quick and painless. Questions about why I wanted to work at Whole Foods Market and why I chose this position. They asked a few questions about why I am qualified and previous customer service abilities. Concluding the interview I was asked to come back for a second interview. One week later I met with the store team leader, which was a quick breakdown of the store, position, and working at Whole Foods. There were a few personal questions, but none that hadn't been covered in the previous interviews. I was offered the job and signed documents, and was told my employment will be contingent on a background check. The customer service representatives that I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The store environment was very laid back, casual and friendly. Team leaders and members that I met and interviewed with were dressed in their work clothes and very chill.
