Chipotle's reputation is certainly a factor. As a loyal customer I've always felt welcome when entering into the restaurant , the atmosphere is great and I absolutely admire Chipotle's "Food with Integrity" stance. I believe that if the food has integrity, so does the company and their team. This is a company and team I would be proud to be part of. Plus, I myself love natural and organic food!
