      I can tell you exactly why you didn't get hired. You talked bad about other employer. It wasn't your age. I've known a 60 year old get hired. The moment you talked about money they exempted you. You should have talked about Union Pacific and what they had to offer

      It is also possible that one of the other reviewers were right. Nepotism may rule the hiring process at UP. Maybe you have to have a brother, father, uncle, etc. working there to get hired.
