Test ➔ 2h powerpoint test + interview ➔ AC, with behavioural, technical, group discussion, HR, and MD/Director interviews. The technical interview was a paper LBO + commercial awareness, but it depends on how fast you get through the paper LBO question.

30 minute interview session set up through email. Was expecting 1/2 behavioral and 1/2 technical but ended up being completely behavioral. Had the classic TMAY, why William Blair, why Investment Banking, and why [industry group]. Also asked other basic behavioral questions about times you led a group and more.

When is a time that you managed multiple deadlines in order to get something done an dhow did you deal with it?
30 minute interivew virtually. Consisted of 2/3 behavioral and 1/3 technical. It was very conversational and I had a few minutes at the end to ask him questions as well.

One interview split between technicals and behavioral. Asked about valuation methods and the prons and cons of each as well as why William Blair and other standard interview questions. Overall, not to bad of an interview.
