Willow Bridge Property Company interview questions

Just a short conversation following a phone interview. Took less than an hour and had an offer the following week. Normal questions about customer service and motivation. Short, casual and professional experience.

4 rounds of interviews with VERY large gaps between them. Started with phone call and ended with in person interview. It took 2 month's from first phone call to in person interview. Throughout the whole process I was constantly led on and strung out. The recruiter and manager both had no care for other people’s time. The process ended with getting a call giving me a verbal offer and asking me for 5 professional references. After getting 5 previous coworkers or managers to create accounts and fill out 20 minute surveys through Harver I was told they would reach out to me shortly with next steps. They then proceeded to ghost me completely and not respond to any of emails or messages until weeks later where I received a text message from the manager with a vague answer that somewhat alluded to me not getting the job anymore. If I were you, pass on the company as they do not care for people’s personal time or value the candidates as anything other than numbers.
