Very quick response time from time of application to scheduling phone interview. Overall interview process was 10 days - phone interview, in-person, final decision. After in-person interview they will email you 3 assessments: personality, math, and an intensive Xcel assessment. Although I did not receive a formal offer, I did appreciate them calling to let me know instead of ghosting me. However, they did not give any formal feedback for my rejection and instead pushed heavily for me to consider an offer below what I applied for (assistant manager). This was insulting considering my professional experience and the amount of time that was taken up to pursue this opportunity. It sounded to me that they prefer to promote from within and instead under-offer positions to skilled/talented people for less money. They spun it as "get your foot in the door & train you the 'Lincoln way!'"
