WillowTree Growth Manager interview questions

Overall, I did not have a good experience interviewing for WillowTree. It was a one way video interview where I had to record myself and my answers. This was very off putting as the company didn’t want to take the time to get to know me. All 7 interview questions were experience based and you had unlimited time to prepare. The main reason I applied was because the application said if you don’t have all requirements that’s OK. The main reason I was not chosen was because of my experience, even though the application encourages you if you aren’t a 100% match. I wasted and hour of my time prepping and speaking. Not worth it.
