First of all, you will need to do some homework, which is basically replying to some real users' emails within a given timeframe. You can use the articles on Wise's Help Centre as a reference, or simply google it if it's a more general issue. The second round is to do a video recording on Hive to answer some preset behavioural questions, like "When was the last time you made a mistake in your last job, and what did you do to fix it". You can practice before you feel confident to record.
