The interview was very shabby, the interview questions were not clear, the phone connection was bad and the interview questions were all over the place. After the telephonic interview, they took 3 weeks to give a decision. One of the interviewer's was just silent on the line, never asked questions. At the end of the interview, they almost kept the phone without asking if I have any questions for them.
