I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Handled through a hiring company. Interview with CCH employee was straight forward. They basically wanted to know if I was confident enough carrying out basic tasks unsupervised. That will not be a problem because they offer training on their softwares.
Recruiter then a lead. They would hire a corpse, I’m convinced. A warm one. A fresh corpse, just to fulfill a quota for tax season. Poor training and poor wages.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer
Interview
It was a short, maybe one hour interview, with the team lead and a manager. They ask you typical questions you would hear in an interview. The type of interview style is definitely a situation type questioning pattern; "What would you do if.....". They then have you sit and listen to calls and see if you would enjoy this type of work. They also ask you some accounting related questions, but the whole process is fairly simple.
