Wolters Kluwer Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was first screened by the WK corporate recruiter, passed based on keywords and very relevant background. Was invited to interview directly with would-be managers at the subsidiary office. It was a low-pressure meeting, but they did not seem all that experienced with interviewing. It seems that the work culture was a supportive one, but that the work would have involved soothing client tempers quite often.
