Wood Mackenzie interview questions

Well, the interview process with Wood Mackenzie was a complete farce, to put it bluntly. They reached out with all the enthusiasm of a sales pitch, asking for my availability like I was the next big thing. I responded, setting aside time in my schedule, but guess what? Total radio silence. It was like sending a message into a black hole. After a week of waiting, I sent a follow-up email, because clearly, my initial response had vanished into thin air. The recruiter finally deigned to reply with a couple of time slots. 'Progress,' I thought. How naive! I confirmed a time, but did I get a confirmation? An invitation? Anything resembling professional courtesy? Absolutely not. The day of the supposed interview came and went. I might as well have been waiting for a call from the Queen. Then, adding insult to injury, they sent an email nonchalantly stating they’ve moved on with another candidate. The audacity! They rejected me without even having the decency to conduct an interview. It’s like being dumped before the first date! Honestly, their approach to recruitment is baffling. It's not just unprofessional; it's downright disrespectful. The whole experience was a waste of my time and energy. I’m frustrated and angry, and rightfully so. Wood Mackenzie, here’s some free advice: sort your recruitment process out. It's a mess. As for me, I'm moving on to better opportunities, where my time and skills are actually valued.

Applied through LinkedIn. 1.Got a mail from Hr. 2.HR screening 3.Initial Line Manager/Hiring Manager discussions. I was told, the HR would be scheduling further rounds but i was ghosted. Waste of time. Not interested anymore in this company. If they are not interested in Hiring atleast they can let the candidates know.
