I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Workday
Interview
Was a full technical interview. I was not asked anything about my resume, just full technical questions. I was previously told that there would be no technical questions. There was also a coding part based on debugging which was relatively simple.

Question 1
Difference between a set and list, difference between array and arraylist (when to use each). Time Complexity of insertions
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Pleasanton, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
Fantastic interview process, was very clear and there was good communication with the recruiter. First an expected OA, was on par to other OA's I've taken. Then a call with the hiring manager, very friendly, had a great conversation about my skills/knowledge, school and outside of school. This lead to the technical round where I received design style and brainteaser questions (a curveball to my normal technical interviews) however that was their exact reason to give me those, to test me haha. I did my best and they liked how I performed (clearly) and I received a call the next week to confirm my offer. Overall a great process that shows me Workday cares.
