Preliminary phone interview. Under 25 minutes. Completely scripted list of questions, most of which the recruiter could have answered if they would have simply scanned my resume. Recruiter was racing through the list and typing my answers as fast as they could. Several apologies for technical difficulties. Gave me that the impression that their recruiters have some sort of a daily quota. Quantity over quality. Not impressed.
It appears that their ATS flagged my resume as a candidate but their recruiters aren't supposed to do anything other than fill out the form or apply any judgment. No probing questions. No attempts to validate any of my answers with in-depth explanations. Everything was yes/no, how many years, etc. Frankly, I'm not sure what value they get from their preliminary phone interview process.

How many years experience do you have managing Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft implementations?
Difficult interview, very organized but the process took about 3 months in total. Met with 5 different people. Scheduling was easy and quick responses, but due to nature of scheduling with multiple people it took a long time.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2022

6 week process - 5 interviews. Took forever for them to get back on the next steps.
Finally after waiting a week with no word, I reached out to HR with an update on my job application, to which they responded a week later that I wasn't chosen.
Terrible that they put you through so many rounds of interviews to just ghost you on your application.
If you're waiting for anything from them, just keep heckling them and hopefully they'll get back.
