I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Santa Clara, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
4 Rounds in total
1 round : Phone screening
2 round : Phone Technical interview
3 round : Phone Technical Interview
4 round : In person interview
First interview was phone screening in which the interviewer asked me questions about my resume and my experience mentioned in it.
Second, was a phone technical interview in which the interviewer asked me questions relate to SQL programming language. He gave me certain scenarios and asked to me to write SQL queries.
He also asked me questions on Business intelligence tool called tableau and on shell script.
1st round was a Phone screening call. It went smoothly. 2nd round was a technical round. The interviewer was not interested at all and kept saying that they had a big talent pool. She cut short my interview in 15 minutes by saying that she is currently looking at my resume I do not have relevant experience in Enablement. I felt it was a very rude and unprofessional way to end an interview. It looked like she already had a preferred candidate and was doing a formality to interview all candidates.

Interview
Went through the initial phone screening, but role was ultimately moved to another location before I could get another interview. The recruiter was disappointed as well, but said I could reach out in the future if other roles were available.
