For a 30-minute phone interview, the hiring manager called me about 10 minutes late, was unprepared, and then abruptly had to stop. Regardless, I expressed my interest in the company, walked him through my resume (which it didn't seem like he had read), and stated why I left I would be a good fit. At the end, I asked him if there were any gaps in my resume or any concerns that I could address. He had none. He then said he looked forwarding to speaking with me further. About a week later I got a standard rejection email. I sent the Workday recruiter an email asking for feedback but never heard back.
