It took 3 months, 4 interviews with a total of 6 people and numerous emails between me and the recruiter. The interview process is a bit disorganized, but I made sure I followed-up with them. The issue is that after I spent considerable amount of time for the interviews, there was no more communication from the recruiter. Email went unanswered and I cannot call them because they use Jobvite, so the recruiter contact information is "hidden". I think it is very unprofessional for them not to at least send me a quick email even if I don't get the job, seeing the tremendous amount of effort I have to put in to accommodate the interview schedules. i.e. taking day off, leaving my office early, etc.
