I had applied through employee referral and got a call from the recruiter only 3 weeks later. They had rescheduled the phone interview 2 times and that took another 2-3 weeks. The interview process was unprofessional and very slow. It was not aligned with the job description. The interviewer on the phone screen was from a different team and she was unprepared with the questions. She was conducting the Zoom video interview from her home. Her kid was interrupting the call. It was very unprofessional. The recruiter was not responding to my emails and queries. I will not be applying for any other job at this company. They seem to have already identified an internal candidate. The recruiter never called or replied to my follow up emails. Worst experience. Stay away from this company. Overall, it took nearly 2 months to complete the interview process/ and they did not let me know their decision until I emailed them.
