Real Solid phone interview, Of course I wish i got a call back but overall their recruiters made me feel personable and took their time I definitely felt like I could have gotten an interview in person if the timing was right. Workday really does strive to be better in its process, because I've heard a lot of good things about the company that I don't hear much of anywhere else
