Multiple - way too many- meetings. Interesting to learn about the team. Process is never ending. Everyone is very helpful and nice, you get to meet several people in the team and get a better view of the culture and the role.

Applied online, internal recruiter turned up 10mins late and then couldn't have been any more arrogant if he tried. Too interested in telling me his back story than really trying to understand my position. He tried wrapping the call up early multiple times, as I believe he didn't have good answers to my basic questions around the team, why they were now recruiting, last years achievements etc. He said he'd follow up the following week, however after 3 weeks with radio silence I followed up, only to receive a boiler plate reply that the role was now filled, even though he had talked of various roles they were recruiting for. Having asked around since, this seems to be the norm with this company, thinking that they are bigger and better than they actually are. The shine is coming off this product and the power of one which they preach is nothing more than a jack of all trades. Bullet dodged!
