The interview process was actually quite straightforward. I was very impressed with the team that I met. But after meeting with 7+ people, they decide they wanted to rethink the role. I wish they had appreciated how much time you can take away from a candidate (particularly if one is working and has to request half days to interview) only to find out in the end they really weren't sure they were going to hire after all.
