Workiva Business Development Manager interview questions

It was one of the worst experiences. On linkedIn one from the Workiva HR team members reached out and asked me if I was interested about the role and we arranged an interview. The hiring person did not show up for 20 minutes, only after I sent an e-mail. When he joined he did not even try to find out my soft skills, only focused on some technical skills which one can learn in 2 months even if he doesn't have any knowledge. After about 10 minutes I asked a question about the region that should be covered it was also different from the role for which he reached me out, so he even didn't take note for which role he was interviewing. He just wasted my time and didn't even give any feedback what he also said he would. Never expected such an experience with Workiva.
