Phone screen with recruiter Video Call with Hiring Manager individual video calls with 3 separate business stakeholders They claim to care about the candidate experience. Unfortunately my experience was poor, and its not because i didnt get an offer. Scheduling was very challenging. it took days to hear back on simple scheduling after my availability was submitted. I had to followup multiple times. I got a standard automated rejection email with no feedback on why i was not advancing after investing 4-5 hours of time into the process. the individual stakeholder interviews were all over the place. Does not appear that this company follows a standard interview process for the panel members. There was supposedely a theme that would be highlighted with each panel member but i didnt notice that. For a non technical role, he sure did ask a lot of technical questions lol
