In total, the process took a little over two months. Communication was professional, but the timeline felt long and there were large gaps between steps. At the end of the process, I received a brief email letting me know they had moved forward with another candidate. During the first interview, the recruiter mentioned they were speaking with around 70 candidates in the initial round, which may explain why the later stages still felt crowded and competitive. Overall, the team was courteous, but the process could benefit from tighter timelines and narrowing the candidate pool earlier to create a more streamlined experience.
