Applied through LinkedIn and was contacted by their talent acquisition associate shortly afterwards. Completed a telephone interview, then within a few days I was invited for an in person interview with the hiring manager. More than a week afterwards I was invited back for another interview with a couple members of senior management. After this second in person interview I was told in person by the acquisition associate that he would reach out to me by the next week....a few weeks went by and I didn't hear anything, so I reached out to him and left a voicemail and email asking for an update. He never got back to me. In my opinion, it's disrespectful to not close the loop, especially when I've reached out on numerous platforms to receive an update. I'm now left out to dry with a poor taste in my mouth about WWT.
