Two interviews with different HR managers. Interview with hiring manager followed by four separate interviews with team members of hiring manager. Interview with a potential peer team manager followed by a joint interview with hiring manager, his boss and three peers. Told things were moving forward. Two months and multiple contacts later I found out that the had a reorganization and were not going to hire for the job. Hiring manager never bothered to call or email to advise, if I hadn’t continued to call the HR contacts I would have never known. Very overblown interview process with a lack of feedback. Sorely disappointed and did not model the cult described. The whole process took months for a job they advertised and then cancelled after a 5 month process.
