Had on-site contact the previous year, so one phone interview and one webex interview followed by a phone call offer. Various email exchanges with different HR people. Everyone seemed to be trying to convince me to work there as much as I was trying to convince them I was a good fit.

Met with hiring manager and a second manager and they asked me questions about what I was learning in school and how it could apply to the position I was seeking.
