Wrike Director Level Position interview questions

First I met with HR, then a peer, and then interviewed with 4 members of the team, who would report to the person in this role. In 6 hours worth of interviews, I never once met with the hiring manager! Not sure the validity of the post or the actual requirement for filling the role.
