And asked me questions about my previous experience, where I did sourcing as well. They just sent an email with a rejection and they didn't specify the reason why they rejected my application

I asked recruiter about interview process, but was told only about one next step. Existence of two more was a pure surprise. I was as well told recruiter will check, if the salary range can be increased. As her manager told me couple of days later she did not even ask.

The interview process took about 3 weeks start to finish. It was a combination of phone interviews, assignments, video and onsite interviews. Appreciated that I was given the opportunity to meet with multiple team members and leaders to ask questions and learn more about the role and company. Organized and transparent process. It was great having the Talent Associate as a main point of contact to feel like I was always in the loop.
