The interview process was very straight forward and well organized!
First you receive a link to complete an assessment and personality quiz to ensure you are a good fit for the role and culture in the company. After about 4 days or so, I received a request for a phone interview with the recruiter.
The phone interview with the recruiter is standard, if they think you are a good fit for the role, they will send you to have a phone interview with a manager, I met the with the Head of Customer Success. If you pass this, you will continue onto the in-person or virtual interview (COVID-19). I did the virtual given the pandemic.
I met with 4 people, one Senior CSM, My Manager (I wasn't aware this was my manager at the time), the VP of Success and the other Head of Customer Success. Interviews were conversational, and very much prove your skills are a good fit without selling yourself. They dive deep into your experience to understand the root of your skill set. Be honest, transparent and upfront. This is all to make sure you are a fit for the role!
