Lack of Professional Courtesy:
My first scheduled phone interview was between 5 and 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
My second interview was a no show from the interviewer. 10 minutes after the appointed time I called to attempt an inquiry/reschedule. I had to leave a voicemail, and sent an email that was immediately replied to stating other obligations occurred. I was queried for times to reschedule, and then didn't receive follow up until I reached out again. I was informed there had been changes with management, and I would receive a follow up in a week to discuss developments.
It has been two weeks with no response despite another effort to reach out on my behalf. This speaks poorly from the perspective of courtesy, of professionalism, and these things reflect poorly on branding. Sales, marketing, and even those in the executive sweet should understand the vital nature of branding.
Wrike personnel, I hope you make some corrections to your process, and show more respect and courteousness to the people who you consider for positions at your company. Please make corrections: follow through on commitments, exercise integrity, and display professionalism.
