30-minute call with HR regarding stuff like details of position, salary requirements. 1-hour phone screen with a development manager on Coderpad, working through a fairly simple/realistic (non-algorithmic) technical problem in a language of my choice. Flew me out for 4 hours of on-site interviews, two with other development managers, one with two product managers, talk with VP of engineering, and talk with HR. Most of it was behavioral, though there was a 1-hour whiteboarding systems design question. Whole process was very friendly and non-confrontational.
Didn't get the offer but they did call me back with specific feedback regarding how I did. It's very rare for a company to do this and was definitely welcome. (And the feedback is going to make me much more confident in my next interview.)
