Applied for the role via their website and heard back the following week, looking to schedule a phone screen with the recruiter About 30mins long, general questions on why twitter why looking to move, basic product questions and walk through experience. A couple of days later I had a phone interview with a Sales manager.Again 30 mins long, similar to questions from recruiter but more detailed questions on my role and specific sales tasks and skills. Also more details product questions around products and pricing and how it the target etc. I received an email from the recruiter to say I was successful and they wanted to invite me onsite for a face to face interview. Unfortunately contact from there was very intermittent. Even though I followed up a few times with the reciter in between obviously eager to confirm a date for the onsite, it was to be 2 months before I had the onsite. Although the recruiter was very pleasant, I found the process quite negative whereby I would not receive a reply when enquiring re a date or getting general responses. When the time eventually came for the onsite, they emailed me on Wednesday expecting me to be available for an onsite interview on Friday morning. This was not suitable for me at time unfortunately. The interview was eventually confirmed for 2 weeks later.
On the day I had 4 interviews back to back, each about 40mins. 3 were with Sales managers and one with the head of sales. Usual interview questions on tell me about you, why Twitter, what is your understanding of the role, experience where relevant, what skills can you bring.
