1st interview: HR Partner (general info about professional background, salary expectations, etc) 2nd interview: Hiring Manager (work-related questions) 3rd Interview: Panel interview (with 3 different members of the team to prove how you'll fit into the company culture) 4th interview: Hiring Manager again Offer made after this process.

Interview
A recruiter contacted me to sense check my CV and find out why I wanted to work for Twitter.
I then had a phone interview which was CV and competency based. I was asked about projects I have worked on in the past and what I am currently working on. I was not asked outright to give an example of how I used my initiative or about a time when I was faced with a challenging situation but the conversation was subtly directed around these topics of conversation.
Following successfully passing this point of the interview process I was then asked to attend an interview onsite. Onsite I was interviewed by three different members of the team for 30 minutes each. Again this was a competency based interview style which covered a lot of the same content I spoke about on my second call.
