I received an email from the responsible recruiter and scheduled a first phone call. After that, a phone call with a Manager followed. Finally, the last step included two Skype interviews with the team members. I didn't receive any information on how Twitter would proceed with the process, nor did I receive any answer from the recruiter on 3 e-mails sent within 2 weeks. I did not appreciate the intransparency and unreliablity of the recruiter, whereas the team members I applied for were really friendly and transparent in the interviews.
