It was two rounds. Met with 4 people the first visit. Same with second follow-up visit. Each interviewer focused on slightly different areas. Panel was composed of support agents, project managers, two managers, and one high level executive. Each interview took roughly 30 minutes or so.

I applied online and was contacted through a recruiter a week later. I skipped the phone screening with HR and was set up with a call with a hiring manager two days after. After the hiring manager call, I was invited to do a video interview with four people. Easy questions, nothing hard. Recruiter was always in contact.
