      Interview

In my experience, the recruiter that reached out to me was very unprofessional. When I was first contacted by the recruiter to schedule an interview, the recruiter sent me a cancellation email 5 minutes before the interview start time. I then gladly rescheduled for a second interview where the recruiter cancelled on me again, this time one minute before the interview start time. I was then asked to reschedule one more time and did so. The night before I was sent a cancellation email saying that the interviews were put on hold because of a potential internal candidate. To say the least, I am very disappointed with not only this recruiter but with Twitter. Just from this experience, I understood Twitter's culture and knew this was not the place where I would want to work. The lack of respect for another candidate's time (especially an HR applicant) and the unprofessional emails made my decision for me.
