Relatively standard process in terms of phone screening, meeting hiring manager and then key stakeholders.
Had 6 interviews back-to-back with absolutely no structure, ended up describing who I am and my experience 6 times in a row as opposed to each interview having a theme/goal.
Also had to create 3-4 articles and a presentation which took considerable time and these were not reviewed/mentioned in any of the interviews.
In the end I was completely ghosted and had to email the recruiter 4-5 times before getting an answer some weeks later. I knew I hadn't got the job but at least have the decency to respond given the amount of work I had put in. The reason I was given was that I was 'overqualified' which I found both patronising and an excuse for giving me actual constructive criticism.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with an unreasonable request from a stakeholder.
There were five rounds of interviews, including one written task. The final round was a series of short interviews with current employees, each lasted about 15 minutes. The interviews were very casual and I was given plenty of time to think about and answer all the questions I was asked.

Question 1
Describe a time you were faced with a problem in life or work, and the solution you came up with.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at X
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, writing assignment, and finally a panel with six interviewers. Recruiter was incredibly friendly and supportive and most interviewers were very friendly but the entire process was long. Each step had about one week of wait time in between and once I completed the final round, I waited 4+ weeks for a decision and was only emailed a rejection after asking for an update twice.
