Submitted my resume to a booth at a campus career fair. Implemented the program, but didn't meet their time requirements. They emailed a little later letting me know that I couldn't continue with the process. The coding challenges were pretty straight forward, typical questions you would find in most prep books like EPI or Cracking the Coding Interview.
Could have gone smoother. More preparation would have given me a better shot. I had other offers so did not take it as serious . Great company overall and would love another chance
At a conference I talked to a rep and they offered an interview on the spot for the next day. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire online before the interview and then was encouraged to reach out to other people. The interview consisted of a behavioral followed by a high level tech one

Online interview during the covid time, first introduce yourself, and due to the fact that it was an internship for a Twitter's policies on fake news, they asked on a situation and how would I react to the situation accordingly.
