I was contacted by a recruiter at Twitter who got my resume from the campus career fair. The first phone screen was setup and was easy. I was informed there would be a second phone screen, before flying me on-site.
The second interviewer called me for a different job role. After 10-15 minutes, he said that this was for a different job role and a new interview needs to be scheduled. I informed my recruiter who scheduled a new interview. For whatever reason, the interviewer never called.
I mentioned this to my recruiter who said that it would be handled and that a new interview would be setup. A few days later, I receive an email saying that I have been rejected because the second interviewer felt I was not a "good cultural fit".
A couple of my batch mates also received abrupt notices, while they were waiting in between different interview rounds. In short, if you have other offers, AVOID TWITTER! It has a horrendous interview process and candidates feel lost.
